We are looking for engaging and confident Pastry Chefs to deliver exceptional food service within our Searcys St Pancras Grand Restaurant and Bar and Champagne Bar.
Searcys St Pancras Restaurant and Bar are directly opposite Searcys Champagne Bar on the Grand Terrace of the Upper Concourse in St Pancras International Station. Whilst the stunning Martin Brudnizki design references the roaring 1920s, Head Chef Colin Layfield’s deliciously seasonal dishes are thoroughly of-the-moment, letting beautiful ingredients shine. The team is passionate about delivering a memorable experience from the moment guests walk through the doors.

What we are looking for:
·Assisting the Head Pastry Chef and his/her team
·At least 1-2 years’ working within a similar role
·Knowledge of food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition
·Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making and or a relevant field
·Hard working and motivated
·Ability to work under pressure
·Ambitious
·Team Player
Job role expectations:
·To assist in the preparation and service of all pastry goods
·To adhere to health and safety food regulations
·To attend compulsory food safety and health and safety courses when required
·To prepare goods in a timely and efficient manner
·To monitor stocks for baking ingredients and ensure orders are within appropriate budget.
