We have recently opened Chicama, a modern Peruvian-British seafood restaurant in Chelsea featuring a Chef’s Table for special tasting menus. The ideal candidate will be prepared to assist with the creation and delivery of bespoke evenings, making use of the prep kitchen for R and D.]
We are currently recruiting for the role of Senior Pastry Chef de Partie for both sites. Our guest experience is all about delivering amazing service which comes from the heart, our team are very close and work hard to create outstanding food and beverage delivery together.
About you:
• Minimum 2 year experience at Pastry Chef de Partie level
•Capable of creating new recipes related to pastry for the restaurant
•Able to maintain the quality of the pastry we already have in place
•Able to lead by example and train staff
•Creative, and ready to learn Peruvian cuisine
•Someone who enjoys being part of a team
•Must have some knowledge with costing/stock take
•Excellent hygiene standards
•Eager to progress in the kitchen and help deliver outstanding food
