We are now looking for a Pastry Chef to join our team at Amaya to assist in the preparation and service of all desserts– ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
You will need:-
·Previous experience of work in a similar fast paced and high end environment
·To assist with the preparation of desserts and service of desserts
·Solid knowledge of working on the Cold Pass in a high quality and busy restaurant
·Be able to work consistently under pressure
·Have excellent skills in presentation of the desserts
·Enthusiasm and passion for exceptional customer service
·To be able to work Full Time on a flexible basis
