My client is on the lookout for a skilled Pastry Chef for this 5 star standard members club in London.
The Head Chef requires a talented pastry Chef to head the section while maintaining the high standards of output and mentoring junior brigade members (2 x Pastry Commis).
The menu is predominantly modern European and the club is very well established and exclusive. The role will only require working hours between Monday and Friday as the club is closed at weekends. Candidates who match all criteria AND have previous computer/payroll experience will be at strong advantage but high quality and volume output experience is the main focus.
A Chef who has been senior pastry Chef at Michelin Star or 3 Rosette standard for at least a year may well suit or Head Pastry at 2 Rosette standard for example.
The salary will be up to £28,000 with an immediate start available for the right candidate
