Looking for an experienced Pasta Chef to cover a shift from 10am to 10pm 6 days a week.
The candidate must be able to work clean and tidy at all time, being able to work on its own and in a team, have passion and creativity and have great organisational skills.
You will be expected to:
- Have good experience in similar positions
- Be able to come up with daily specials using ingredients wisely to maximize profit
- Organise orders with various suppliers
- Create new and follow existing recipes / ideas
- Train other chefs when necessary
- Have an open mind and wanting to always learn more
- Have an excellent knowledge of both verbal and written English.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Work well under pressure and within a team.
- Be an efficient individual, always wanting to do more to help.
