Who we are:
Megan's is an all-day dining restaurant with a Mediterranean influence. In the morning, we serve breakfast's like: eggs Benedict, avocado on toast, granola, smoothies, juices and quality coffees. Over lunch we have daily chef made salads and quiches. Come the evening we serve delicious kebabs, baked eggs and stone baked pizzas. We pride ourselves on serving homely food with fantastic neighbourly service.
With our current two locations in Chelsea and Parsons Green becoming highly successful we are currently recruiting for our third site in beautiful and vibrant Balham.
We are looking for people who can competently run a busy section, with a passion for great coffee, healthy food and drinks, cocktails, wine and top notch relaxed yet professional service.

We are looking for someone who is flexible to get Stuck in and be involved in different parts of our restaurant, we work together and always help each other so we may need you to jump in to make delicious coffees or support the bar team.

What we need from you:

Be fluent in English

experience in busy all-day restaurants or cafes ideal, speed serving takeaways and table service, as well as queue management.
Committed to offering our guests an amazing, memorable experience.
Energetic, bubbly and confident personality.
Ability to add loads of personality into your own and unique service style.
Passion for food, coffees and cocktails
Hardworking, motivated, efficient, fast, hands on and personable.
Able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
Able to work evenings and weekends.
