Le Pot Lyonnais is recruiting a new Sous-Chef.
You will be working for a talented end friendly Head-Chef within a brigade of 3 chefs.
You will need to have a strong knowledge of French food basics, and have a previous experience as a sous chef for at least a year or as a chef de partie for at least two years.
The restaurant / Bar / Bistro is located in Battersea SW London, and offering a typically French Bistro Cuisine using fresh produces.
You will be serving around 35 covers a day, as well as breakfast and snacks, and be prepared to work in split shifts.
WAGES UP TO £ 35.000 per year depending of experience, based on 7 shifts a week.
