Darcie and May Green is our brand new site, split across to totally brand new decked out canal boats. The venue effortlessly shifts from casual day time coffee bar, running our much loved brunch menu to buzzing evening bar and restaurant accompanied.

The key objective is to develop inspirational leaders who will grow our business, instil excitement, deliver absolute quality and be as passionate about our really unique opportunity as we are. You will emanate the Daisy Green Collection culture and passion, be a purveyor of health and lifestyle and a real connector of your customers and community. You will have a burning ambition to quickly progress to restaurant assistant manager/manager.

You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager across all aspects of the restaurant operations (Running the shift, closing the restaurant, cashing up, systems, stations, recruitment, training, performance reviews, rotas, budgets, reporting, stock control, customer experience, health and safety, PR, customer experience).

Desired Skills and experience

Inspiring and engaging personality with real leadership capabilities.
2 + Years of assistant restaurant management experience in a busy Bar or Restaurant with a real focus on table service and customer engagement.
A love of food and healthy lifestyle
Great eye for Detail
Consistent and professional approach to other staff members.
Extensive food, wine and coffee experience.
Valid UK visa with 2 + years remaining
Familiarity with restaurant management software, tills and excel.
Acute financial management skills
