Geronimo and Young's Pubs have a unique opportunity available for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator (SMC) to join the team at The Betjeman Arms pub in St Pancras Station.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As an SMC, you will be responsible for creating and delivering quarterly marketing plans, including event ideas, digital marketing strategies and market research to keep in touch with what’s going on in the local community and wider industry.
You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to driving sales through creative social media campaigns, quirky events, and face to face with our customers past, present and future. An SMC will take responsibility for generating private hire and event sales through selling private hire opportunities and creating and upselling packages. In addition to this they will manage the reservations system, ensuring a prompt and professional response, and where possible, converting enquiries into firm bookings.
The role is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of up to £23,000 per annum plus excellent benefits, 28 days holiday, 20% discount in all Young’s and Geronimo managed pubs and hotels, a fun and rewarding working environment and excellent career progression opportunities with our successful development programs.
