Craft London is a diverse site where we have our own kitchen garden, butchery, bee Hives, smokehouse and bakery all combined under one roof.
We are a British restaurant where all of our ingredients are sourced from the UK and we work very closely with our farmers to ensure we are getting the best quality meat which has been farmed in the best circumstances often using rare breeds.We also focus a lot on preservation techniques to see us through the winter months and run a test kitchen menu every Tuesday where we encourage our chefs to get their dishes on the menu.
We are looking for a passionate chef to join our team and develop with us. We are closed Sunday and Mondays to ensure everyone gets some rest and are currently offering full time hours (50-55 per week). The site is ran very much as a family environment and we have staff meals every day together.
