CHEF DE PARTIE - VINOTECA Soho
VINOTECA is a growing independent, high quality restaurant, wine bar and wine shop. We now have 5 sites each with a strong focus on outstanding food and wine and great service
Each Vinoteca is authentic and individual, with its own character. Our chefs create Modern British dishes using locally sourced and European specialist ingredients. Food is as important to us as wine and makes up half of our sales
At Soho we are currently developing the restaurant to increase our focus on high quality food.
This is a great opportunity for a keen, reliable chef who wants to develop their cooking skills and knowledge of high quality British and European seasonal produce.
Our small team of talented chefs make everything on a daily basis and benefit from:
- A competitive salary
- 7 shifts over 5 days with a flexible Rota
- Ongoing training with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce

You should have
- A minimum of 2 years working in a kitchen
- experience preparing, and cooking with fresh ingredients
- A good knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards and food handling practice
