This lovely, independently owned restaurant, a favourite of Twickenham locals for several years is now looking for a passionate foodie chef to join their small, professional kitchen team.
The Deal:
. Hourly paid 45 - 48 hrs average per week - you get paid for ALL the hours you work.
. Sunday evenings and Mondays off plus one other day each week
. Team takes turns to have 3 day 'long weekends' - so good work / life balance
. Share in tronc
. Hands on supportive chef / owner who ensures the kitchen team are well supported and
always have equipment that works!
In return:
. You will be passionate about real food - almost everything in this kitchen is freshly made -
you will be involved in butchery, bread making, fish preparation, pastry etc
. You will have a background in preparing fresh ingredients
. You will have an enthusiastic, dynamic and professional attitude, be prepared to learn and
to be part of a small but dedicated team
