Welcome to the Fox Craft Beer Pub and Kitchen. Like our name says, we sell craft beer and great food to go with it. But we like to think we do a little bit more than the tin says. We’re actually one of London’s first craft beer pubs selling one of the largest selections of craft beer in the UK.
We change around 20 new Beers on tap every week with an always amazing selection of beer.
We have 27 draught taps (over 750 rotating P/Y) plus 40 bottles from all over the world from right here in the UK to down under. Whether you’re a craft beer nerd or just like drinking the best beer you can, we have something for you.
Fans of food (which is pretty much everyone) will enjoy our menu of tasty pub grub, sharing platters and of course, banging Sunday Roasts.
We are looking for a Head Chef to build a new and enthusiastic team for a busy kitchen, new menu concept and direction.
You will be working with great people with the chance to have a voice, contribute and shine.

Candidates must display an enthusiasm for great service, and 2 years’ experience in running kitchens in the UK.
This chef position will allow the right candidate to create a menu using their creative flair that attracts the many different people who live, work and visit Haggerston, Dalston on a daily basis and grow the food business whilst achieving the right General Practitioner.
You will be responsible for:
Recruiting, training and managing a small but enthusiastic and passionate team of chefs and KP's (including Rota and scheduling of staff)
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintaining all paper work and due diligence.
Sourcing suppliers and costing dishes to achieve agreed General Practitioner 's
Carrying out monthly stock takes
Working with the GM on menu innovation, design and promotion
