Partnership Marketing Executive
Job purpose
We are looking for a Partnership Marketing Executive to support our Travel Agent and Marketing Partners. The successful Partnership Marketing Executive candidate is responsible for promotion and selling of Railbookers products. The Partnership Marketing Executive candidate will be calling agents partners, conducting online presentations, responding in a timely manner to sales and /or customer care inquires, generating interest and excitement, and helping our Travel Agent partners close sales. There will also be travel to attend agent trade shows and partner visits as needed.
Duties and responsibilities of Partnership Marketing Executive.
Oversees retail partnership marketing campaigns.
Assist in implementing strategic plans to meet customers’ demands.
Monitor progress of promotional activities and record findings.
Develop effective marketing communication programs.
Write copy for marketing material such as brochures and websites.
Monitor marketing campaigns to ensure appropriate execution.
Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials.
Monitor competitive activity and evaluate marketing campaigns.
Focus on training retail locations, as well as online presenations.
Create training plan for monthly call plan.
Carry out professional and engaging training sessions, tailored to individual accounts by.
Meet and exceed quantifiable sales and marketing targets annually.
Provide feedback and input on programs, strategies, and tactical marketing/sales initiatives.
Maintain positive and constructive relationships with other Managers, employees, customers, and a variety of suppliers and industry partners.
Communicating with targeted distribution partners to develop and train their selling staff and their customers on the benefits of selling RB)
Maximizing RB presence in the targeted distribution partners’ territory by organizing presentations to both trade and consumer groups.
Developing and maintaining sales figures, reports, flyers and other marketing material for distribution partners to market the RB products to their clients.
Maximizing RB marketing campaigns to the targeted distribution partner’s market and distribution structure.
Preparing. Co-op marketing proposals for approval pre-publication; help source co-op partners.
Participating in the sales team, including regular liaison with all team members regarding current sales/marketing initiatives.
Carry out any special projects or other duties as requested by the management.
For our Partnership Marketing Executive Qualifications and Competencies.
1-3 Years proven Inside and /or Outside Sales experience required.
Post-Secondary education and experience in the Travel/Tourism industry.
Exceptional relationship builder and a strong ability to influence without authority.
Strong presentation and training skills, both in person and via webinars.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled at tailoring and targeting communication to both internal and external key influencers/audiences.
Creative and resourceful
Ability to work effectively both in sales and in marketing.
Relentlessly pursues excellence
Strong knowledge of MS Office, in particular Power Point.
