You will help Retail Partner(s) sell and promote the merchandise range as well as assisting with the tracking and reporting of sales.
An integral part of the role will involve working closely with the team to deal with public and school merchandise enquiries during the Sport Relief campaign, ensuring that all enquires are dealt with to the highest standards of customer care and effectiveness. You must have experience in a people facing role coupled with excellent MS Office and database skills. Good at building relationships, you will also have an eye for detail, have strong communication and problem solving skills as well as a professional and friendly manner. You should also be great at working as part of a team.
If that sounds like you, join us and together we can make a real difference.
