Salary: £8.50 - £9.50 per hour, dependant on experience
CG Restaurants and Bars is a vibrant and dynamic company, which in a relatively short space of time has built up an impressive portfolio of restaurants and bars in some of the most well-known areas of London and Cardiff.
Now our central reservations team is recruiting for a Part Time Sales and Reservations Executive to be part of our expanding bookings team.
You will have excellent customer service skills and proven experience handling customer bookings via the phone and email. Key to this role is the ability to convert incoming enquires and maximize all sales opportunities. As well as having a warm and professional phone manner you will also have excellent administration and computer skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Role specifics:
• You will be responsible for receiving, managing and confirming both over the phone and online bookings, including phoning and emailing for confirmation.
• Auditing and recording all customer bookings, communication and some third party account management to maximize bookings and overall customer experience.
• Up-selling and sales techniques directly with customers to capture business and bookings.
It is a fast-paced role that will also require an exceptional attention to detail and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Skills/Qualifications:
Customer Service and/or Sales experience –Desirable
