Our client is looking for a part time Accounts Assistant, with sage experience to join their friendly finance team. Previous experience using sage is essential, excellent attention to detail as well as a can do and positive attitude. Our client is based near Wansted. The hourly rate is between 9-11£ per hours depending on experience. Minimum of 25 working hours. Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant with sage experience, who can support the with general accounts. The business is undergoing a period of growth hence this additional role.
Duties will include;
· Coding of all invoices to Purchase Ledger.
· Posting Purchase Ledger invoices onto SAGE line 50 accounting system.
· Dealing with telephone call and helping resolving supplier queries.
· Ensure all documentation is filed away accurately and in a timely manner.
· High volume customer invoices and reconciliations.
· Credit control debt chasing calls monthly.
· Use of excel and sage for daily work.
· Answering the telephone
· Ad hoc duties
