Based in the heart of Hackney and Shoreditch, Blackberry Cars is an expanding airport transfer company. Serving over 100,000 customers per year, we provide cars to London's major airports, UK cruise ports and beyond.
We are recruiting part-time and full-time dispatchers / controllers to join our call centre team.
You would be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with opportunities for progression for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
* Live dispatching of jobs to drivers and partners
* Monitoring bookings/flights/traffic conditions to ensure all drivers are on time
* Handling customer queries and complaints politely and effectively by phone and
email
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to perform well under pressure
* Ready to accept responsibility and resolve issues
* Punctual and reliable
* Flexibility a definite advantage

Hours
* Both day (7/8am-4/6pm) and evening (4/6pm-11pm) shifts available
* Full time applicants must be fully flexible to work days, evenings and weekends
* All applicants must preferably be able to work at least one weekend shift
* Overtime available at times
* Flexibility an advantage
Salary
Negotiable, depending on aptitude and experience - starting from £10 per hour after full training and induction
**experience not essential. If you do not have experience you will need to have a "can do" approach, and be able to demonstrate why you believe you are suitable for this role.
Successful candidates will be given full training.
