Job Title: Sales Administrator
Reporting To: Operations Director
Job Purpose:
To obtain new business from new and former customers and increase revenue to the company
Main Duties
 Dealing with incoming enquiries by phone and web
 Research and develop new avenues and customers
 Network with live customers to obtain new and additional work
 Responsible for development and chasing of own customers
 Opening and updating data base with all relevant details
 The production and dispatch of quotations under the guidance of the Sales
Manager
 Any other duties required by senior management
Person Specification:
 Confident telephone and previous sales experience
 Must be self motivated and able to work on own initiative
 Excellent written and spoken English
 Good knowledge of Microsoft
 Enthusiastic, outgoing, punctual and reliable
 Part-time hours - to be discussed but preferably 10am - 2pm
 25 days paid leave per year - pro rata (plus all public holidays)
 Induction training and ongoing development
 Full product training
