Papa John’s Cricklewood has an opportunity for an enthusiastic General Store Manager to lead and drive store results. £8.75 - £10.50 p/h + bonuses.
We are looking for an industry professional who will take part in the complete running of the services, and take on duties including opening and closing the business.
A Papa John’s manager you should be calm and positive under pressure and enthusiastic about our products. You must enjoy working in a busy and demanding in-store environment and strive to deliver the best possible product and service to our customers at every opportunity.
A strong attention to detail through ensuring high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and keeping our stores immaculate is vital. Equally, an ability to demonstrate initiative, a flexible and multi tasking approach are qualities which will help you thrive in this fast paced and fun environment. Being able to work closely with others and the ability to build rapport and naturally engage and interact with all sorts of customers and team members, is an essential!
Additional role requirements;
• You must have a minimum of 1 year’s managerial experience within the hospitality industry
• A right to work in the UK
• Have a good level of English and communication skills
Store manager responsibilities will include;
• Shift and service running
• Staff briefings
• Cash handling
• Staff training
• Daily operations (overseeing food ordering, preparation, delivery, staffing, stock control and conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations)
• Opening and Closing procedures
• You will be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of the store, continuing the effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
• You will have to monitor and develop team member performance
• You will ensure compliance with health and food safety standards
• You will recruit, interview and train team members
