This role is for a responsible and mature individual to supervise the day to day running of a popular pan asian food takeaway located in Canary Wharf.  Our business has a great range of Pan Asian food which includes sushi, noodles, stir fry, dumplings, soups and other tasty dishes. We have a loyal following of locals residents and office workers both for lunch as well as in the evening.
We are now looking for a supervisor / manager who is "hands on" to join the business. You will be used to giving great customer service and leading by example to ensure that day to day activities are well managed and providing fantastic service and food to our customers.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, some flexibility on hours between daytime and evening.
We are looking for someone with the following previous experience/ abilities.
- Supervisory role managing minimum of 4 staff.
- Cash handling
- Knowledge of asian / oriental food
- Flexible approach to working hours where necessary.
- Mature, sensible and responsible attitude.
- Trustworthy
- Ability to set a excellent example and motivate others.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organised
- Have the right to work in the UK
If you speak any asian language such as Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) this would be an advantage but not a requirement.
