Stevie Parle’s restaurant Palatino in Clerkenwell is looking for a chef to join its team.
We are expanding our offering to now include a lunch time cafe option. We are looking for a chef to join our kitchen team, who should be competent in this area of the kitchen.
The position would be predominately in the morning, with occasional evening shifts as and when the business needs.
We are one of a group of independent restaurants owned by Stevie Parle and so there is lots of scope for progression within the company.
You will have:
*An interest in Italian cuisine.
*Good written and spoken English
*A great work ethic and the ability to keep calm under pressure
*A love of fresh ingredients - we have a daily changing menu and everything including our pasta is made fresh, on site.
