Painters and Decorators Required - Immediate Start
Pay Rate: £90 - £130 per day (dependant on experience)
Hours: 0800 - 1700 - Overtime available
Working Week: Monday - Friday (Saturday Overtime)
Start Date: Immediate

W11 Construction is actively recruiting for experienced, ambitious and self-motivated Painters and Decorators.
You will have an extremely crucial role within the business and will be joining a team renowned for their exceptional client service who are currently winning a variety of high end multi million pound residential contracts in London.
You will be given exposure to an array of sites and will be responsible for the management of works.
Key Responsibilities
• Working on high end residential properties
• Painting and decorating of interior and exterior walls.
• Tape and Jointing, Spray Plastering and Spraying woodwork
• Hanging Wallpaper
• Ensuring works is carried out to the highest standard
• Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
• Offering a customer focused service practically.
• Liaising with contractors in regards to the quality and any amendments to the works.
Person Profile
The Painter and Decorator will have:
• NVQ Level 2 / City and Guilds Painting (ideally) or Time served Painter and Decorator.
• Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
• Excellent work experience in a similar role (Essential)
• experience in Tape and Jointing, Spray Plastering, Spraying woodwork
• Knowledge and experience of high end residential decoration
• Technically and commercially minded,
• Excellent Organisational, planning and time management skills
• The ability to work well with others
• Enthusiastic, ambitious with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Strong communication, motivational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours
