Painter/Decorator key responsibilities:To assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager Opera maintenance list daily. Report to Duty Manager/ General Manager General Maintenance work i.e.painting, fixing minor issues, light electrical work, drainage etc. Attend morning and afternoon meetings. Daily walk around and maintenance check of the hotel. Assisting the department manager/supervisor on coordinating external contractors. Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual check on all product.To ensure that all painting jobs are completed to the Company StandardTo ensure that all areas are left clean and tidy on completion of the job. Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming. Observe all of the requirements under the Health and Safety at Work Act (1989)
