This is a self employed vacancy to set up a new gang of decorators, property maintenance in South London, Surrey areas.
• Must have own tools plant and own transport.
• Must have a CIS Card and Public Liability Insurance or be prepared to obtain them.
• Must be Clean and tidy worker, fully skilled and experienced on all aspects of decorating.
• Must be willing to travel and capable of working off Scaffolding, Ladders and Hydraulic Platforms.
Contracts will be on a Self-employed basis and price per job, you will be responsible for paying their own National Insurance contributions and Tax will be deducted according to your UTR status.
