A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Customer Services Intern to join our dynamic and creative organisation, with a passion for changing people’s lives. We are a fast growing company with potential. We are looking for someone with a professional phone manner, friendly character and positive attitude.
This position is open to recent graduates that are looking to gain valuable hands on experience in a small but busy company.
Tasks will include, but not limited to:
• First port of call for initial sales enquiries
• Filtering requests and passing to the relevant sales advisor
• Calling potential customers and finding out what personal development courses they are interested in
• Dealing with customer service enquiries
• Update Infusionsoft (CRM software) with all call information
Full training will be given on Infusionsoft.
The position is Monday to Friday and we pay the national minimum wage, dependant on your age bracket. Start date from September 2022.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiast intern that can join our team for minimum 6 months, with a view to progress to a Best You Sales Advisor on a full time basis. You need to speak English fluently and ideally live in London (Zones 1-6).
