We are looking for motivated and thorough individual to join us at Long Arm Brewing Co as an Packaging Coordinator. You do not necessarily need industry experience but an understanding of processing and being able to work to deadlines in essential. This job requires a high level of manual labour and a scrupulous eye for hygiene. You will be in charge of making sure all of our beer is packaged to the highest standard and is in line with all trading standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
. Working with the Brewer to make sure all beer in packaged and processed in line with the brewing timetable
. Ensuring all beer leaving the Ealing site meets trading standards legal requirements
. Processing duty and maintaining the condition of our onsite storage
. Working with our warehouse and packing partners
. Maintaining stocks of all packaging consumables
. Working with the sales and marketing team to achieve Long Arm goals

We are looking for a team player who can think on their feet. You will be joining a small team but you will be part of a company that is growing very quickly. An eye for quality control is essential and a want to take ownership and pride in your work. Other key attributes we are looking for include:
. A disciplined time keeper
. An excellent communicator
. Friendly and engaging with other team members and consumers
. Must be able to complete manual labour
. Computer literate
. Clean driving license
Location: South Ealing, London. You must be able to get to Ealing for early starts
Hours: 45 hrs a week but flexibility is a must as beer doesn’t follow our clocks
