PA With Hotel Accountant Experience

We are currently seeking experienced PA with accounting experience for hotel director.
MUST have worked at least 2 years as PA/accountant at London hotels.
Must have at least 1 to 2 years hotel accountant experience with London hotels.
Must be extremely organised and comfortable with multi-tasking.
Should have experience in sales and marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the running of the office.
Secretarial work: typing up notes; organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;liaising with clients, suppliers, partners and other staff.
Personal services that include booking restaurants, shopping, travel for the director, and other ad hoc personal requirements.
Accountancy knowledge
Computer Literary.
Highly developed organisational skills;
An ability to work accurately to tight deadlines;
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
