Part-time junior PA wanted for Sole Practitioner Solicitor in niche South London Family Law practice. Ideally 2 to 4 hours, 3 days per week. The role involves audio typing, keeping vital records and files up to date, and preparing court documents. A busy, hands-on role for someone who is extremely organised and proactive. Additional duties include answering the telephone, filing and making appointments. experience within a similar role an advantage. Advance knowledge on all Ms Packages; typing min. 65 wpm; excellent communication skills; and, accuracy with good attention to detail. Would suit someone who lives locally.
