You will be required to provide professional and personal, proactive and comprehensive support for the managing partners of our business.
Essential Personal skills :
· Exceptional Organisation skills with an ability to prioritise workload.
· Understanding the sensitive nature of working closely to assist the Managing partners in his business and personal affairs.
· Strong communication skills and ability to write emails.
· Ability to multitask
· Strong work ethic and ability to take proactive ownership of assigned duties.
· Attention to detail across all tasks

The role will be part time with possible progression to full time. It is expected that you are flexible and available as and when necessary.
Responsibilities and Duties
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Making bookings and reservations
· Planning itinerary and diary management.
· Basic admin and Human Resources work
· Managing all home-related issues (billing, repairs, cars, insurance)
· Banking if needed
· Flights and travel
Qualifications and Skills
experience:
· Previous experience as a PA is essential.
· experience working with families is desired.
· UK Valid Driving Licence is essential.
· A second language is advantageous
