PA TO HEADTEACHER
Salary Scale H34-39 (FTE £31,998 - £36,372) pro rata to £29,782 - £33,854
36 hours per week (term time plus two weeks)

We are seeking to appoint a PA to the Headteacher. The successful candidate will provide high quality Human Resources and administrative support to the Headteacher, assisting with recruitment and managing all Human Resources matters. This role also involves line management of the office so experience of managing staff would be useful. Some flexibility in hours would be required to accommodate school events.
The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to a variety of audiences. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment is essential. experience of working in a school in a support role and knowledge of and ability to produce basic reports from Sims or other database would be desirable.
Coombe Boys’ is a popular and highly successful non-selective 11 – 18 school that is federated with its partner girls’ school to comprise the Coombe Secondary Schools Academy Trust, based in New Malden, Surrey. Coombe Boys’ has approximately 800 students on roll, including a mixed sixth form.
