PA to Directors Required in London

Purpose of the role:
Reporting directly to the company Directors, the PA will provide support in all manner of business and personal related activities. Providing an efficient and responsive administrative and organisational service, helping them manage and prioritise their time and enabling the efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Key administration duties will include:
 Screening telephone calls, handling requests and enquiries when appropriate
 Maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments and meetings
 Undertake a wide variety of administrative duties such as travel itineraries, accommodation and flight bookings etc.
 Support in compiling professional reports and documents in Microsoft Excel and Word
 Creating spreadsheets, composing correspondence, managing company database
 Collating information as directed on specific projects and presenting findings
 Maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
 Liaising with the IT specialist to ensure the smooth running of the office IT equipment
Key Account duties will include:
 Maintaining the purchase and sales ledgers on SAGE
 Bank reconciliation
 Credit control
 Quarterly VAT returns
 Generate sales invoices as instructed
 Maintaining expenses for the Directors
 Ensuring the company’s fee’s summary is accurate
 Maintaining the Company’s petty cash
 Payroll administration on SAGE
Person Specification:
Competency Requirements
 A proven self-starter, with a proactive approach.
 Numerate and analytical – comfortable with interpreting data and extracting key messages.
 Impeccable attention to details
 Ability to work on your own initiative
 Committed and resilient.
 Highly organised and ability to multi-task.
Technical / Professional Expertise and Qualifications Required
• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and plan ahead.
• Excellent writing and proof reading skills, be completely fluent to a high level in the English language.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Proficient in SAGE and SAGE Payroll.
