PA to Director (Permanent – Full Time role)Our client, a property development company based in Mayfair are seeking an experienced and professional PA to provide administrative support to Company Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a PA who has previous experience at a senior level within a fast paced environment, and in return our client offers excellent salary and benefits package.The main duties of the PA are listed below, but it is the nature of the job that each activity will have its own range of demands which the PA is expected to meet:
Undertaking the duties of personal assistant to the Director, which include the administration of communications and meetings – filing and over view of emails, post etc General day to day running of the office, including collecting and sorting incoming post, photocopying and scanning documents Undertaking the filing and ensuring documents are saved in the relevant project files on both the computer and hard copies Telephone duties – to answer the telephone calls when people are out of the office or otherwise engaged; take messages as appropriate and issue to relevant person Organising meetings, ensuring meeting room is cleared before and after meetings, ensure the meeting is catered with drinks and where necessary lunch Organising hotel accommodation, car and restaurant bookings Preparing monthly cash expenses as required Chasing consultants / contractors regarding invoice queries Keeping a supplier database with all related correspondence Reporting whereabouts of department weekly to reception Resolving accounts queries where appropriate General letter and document updating Sending drawings to be copied, when returned forward as requested.

Attention to detail Highly organised and efficient Ability to act as the first point of contact for the department Ability to present written information clearly and logically Ability to communicate effectively with all staff, colleagues and consultants Ability to use initiative and work effectively as part of a team Ability to prioritise work appropriately and juggle a busy workload Good IT skills Ability to adapt to change and respond positively to new challenges.
