Rhythms of Life is a registered charity that provides food, clothing and support to the homeless and the most vulnerable individuals in London.
Our team distributes supplies directly on the street. We are a group of dedicated volunteers who work together to help the homeless 7 days a week.
As a PA to the CEO, you will be responsible for responding appropriately to emails/phone calls. Duties will include filing, data entry, calendar management, managing the CEO's schedule, accompanying the CEO to meetings, taking notes amongst other tasks
With the support and guidance you will gain skills in being a PA, communication, administration, secretarial skills and document preparation
We are looking for someone who is punctual, organised and able to show initiative. You must be enthusiastic, team-orientated and passionate about improving the lives of homeless people and those who are poverty stricken.
Previous administration and/or voluntary experience is preferred.
You would be based at our head office in Tower Street, Covent Garden.
We ask for a commitment of 2-3 days a week
