PA Secretary W9 Required in London

We are an established small company that have been managing properties for over 20 years, you will be working closely with the Director and staff to provide administrative support.
The Director will rely heavily on the PA, trusting that work will be handled efficiently in their absence. Must be able to work independently.
The person we are looking for should be mature, dedicated, enthusiastic, honest, hard working, organised, enjoy dealing with people and handling difficult situations.
We are looking for someone to bring skills to strengthen the company and the way it is organised, not someone looking to clock in and out. Therefore, you must be hands on! We are offering a full time position Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm. Times might vary but number of hours will remain the same.
Looking to hire immediately and only people looking for long term employment should apply. Salary is £22k per annum. 4 weeks paid holidays and Bank Holidays included in contract.
Looking for someone with the skills to help reorganise the working procedures of our office.
We manage over 100 properties and you will be helping me organise my office as well as carrying out various other office duties related to property management.
The current tasks you would need to work on immediately will be:
Helping the director create a new online database for filing and storing of paperwork. This will be computer based storage as well as paper.
Helping the director update the office procedures manual and help observe its effectiveness.
Personal PA duties

2 + Years' PA / admin / secretarial experience.
Business development experience
Excellent Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point skills.
experience managing diaries and arranging travel.
Good organisational talents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good spelling and grammar

Responsibilities

Extensive diary management
Organising travel, itineraries and schedules.
Organising meetings
Organising internal and external events
Managing incoming communication including phone calls and emails.
Creating Power Point presentations
Typing outgoing correspondence, documents.
Managing filing and electronic filing
Assist with other administrative / operational duties.
Tasks are likely to include:
Assisting the rest of the team as and when needed.
