Responsibilities:
Diary and telephone management.
Keeping an organised filing system.
Full support to busy directors.
Providing general administrative support.
Act as a first point of contact for the company.
Dealing with incoming email/post and corresponding on behalf of the directors.
Processing certain payments and scanning/storing invoices.
Regular interaction with people of all levels.
Coordination of documents including printing, binding and scanning.
Coordination and booking of business travel.
Management of certain London residential properties - Coordinating with agents for contract renewals/checking that rent has been paid/organisation of service charge/ground rents/coordinating with handymen for repairs.
Required skills:
Advanced excel and word skills.
Highly efficient/organized.
Simple bookkeeping skills.
Strong planner.
Minimum of 2 years commercial experience in a similar field.
Willingness to take on other tasks and assist others when required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Honesty and reliability.
Certain amount of discretion and confidentiality.
