As our PA / Sales Support you will assist the National Accounts Director in the planning, arranging meetings, events and diary management.
You will also supporting the national accounts team with various queries, follow up of Network events, conferences and road shows, providing a secretarial service, which enables the Sales Teams to carry out their roles as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities as our PA/ Sales Support include:
- Full diary management for the Managers, ensuring effective scheduling of meetings.
- Travel arrangements planned and booked in line with requests and corporate travel guidelines.
- Written correspondence and telephone calls screened, and re-directed if necessary.
- Filing systems regularly maintained to ensure records can be retrieved as and when necessary.
- Maintain Sage records for Managers line reports.
- Administration of purchase orders as required by the manager and their immediate line reports.
- Pre and post organisation and communications for Network events, road shows and conferences.
- Provide review of activity v expenditure analysis post network events.
- Work with National Accounts team and marketing for network events including delivery of stands, literature and promotional material.
- Collating network review packs for Network Meetings.
- Ensure compliance standards are adhered to and maintained.
- Collation and distribution of sales data in association with MI team.
Skills and experience required of our PA / Sales Support:
- Proven experience in a PA / sales support role, supporting a national field based sales team.
- Intermediate skills with PC applications, eg Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively under occasionally intense pressure.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organisational skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Capable of working to strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail critical.
- Ability to be able to prioritise effectively and manage variable workload.
- Proven experience in a PA / sales support role for a field based sales team (desirable)
