Seeking a reliable and intelligent Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will be working alongside the company’s director, managing his personal/professional affairs on a part time basis. You need to be able to 'Get Things Done' by organizing their time table and scheduling their appointments.
Days: Monday – Friday
Time: 10am – 6pm
Position: Part-Time, Permanent and could lead to a full time position
Hours: 8 up to 16 hours work a week
Pay: £10ph (paid monthly)
Location: Islington
Terms: 3 months probation with a review + pay increase thereafter

- Serious attention to detail. Eagle eye is a must!

You need to know
- Arranging appointments for the Director
- Managing Diary
- Telephone manners
- Excellent with Writing Emails / Documentation / Proposals / Researching data
- Help manage a small property portfolio
- Dealing with tenants / holiday makers and maintenance of properties
- Use Own Initiative
- Confidentiality
