PA/Office Manager for Exclusive Venue Group in South East London GBP30,000THE COMPANYA uniquely selected group of venues that offer breath-taking skyline and world famous landmarks views. Accountable to both Directors, the Personal Assistant is responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the business.THE ROLE* Maintain and provide support service, daily schedule, diary management and coordination* Minute taking and managing filing systems* Set appointments and meetings for the Director as requested, one to one meetings etc* Service meetings, including preparation of meeting papers, obtaining and preparing materials* Respond and advise efficiently to all electronic or verbal enquiries* Liaise effectively with internal and external organisations on behalf of the Director* General office management duties - ordering supplies, maintaining inventories etc* Provide a confidential and efficient filing system for the DirectorTHE PERSON* Educated to degree in Business administration or equivalent* A level Maths and English, or equivalent* experience in Word, Excel and Mastex* 5-year Experiences as PA* Flexible approach to activities and hours of work* Proactive self-starter who has an organised approach* Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues and external organisations* Have a "can do attitude"* Proven experience of working at Executive Team levelIf interested in this fantastic opportunity please contact.
