DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Construction company based in Kensington.
We specialise in High-End Property Renovations, covering all of London.
DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced PA / Office Manager with the following SKILLS:
ESSENTIAL:
experience with Excel
Good Numerical skills
Fluent in english
Exceptional writen and spoken communication skills
Good timekeeping and excellent organisational skills
DESIRABLE:
Bookkeeping skills
Touch/audio typist
Marketing experience (social media, graphic design, etc.)
Hours of work: Mon – Fri, 08:00 – 17:00  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - will include, but not limited to:
* Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward, as directed by Directors.
* Paying staff, Subcontractors and Suppliers
* Helping with recruitment processes.
* Prepare project valuations and issue invoices
* Monitoring project expenses (in a form of spreadsheet)
* Updating Director's 'Buy to Let' (BTL) portfolio and assisting with bookkeeping
* Responding to Estat Agents regarding various BTL property maintenance and admin enquiries  
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assisting with various Marketing aspects (i.e. Updating website, social media management, magazines, brochures, etc.)
* Researching.
* Respond to tender invitations.
* General bookkeeping
* Managing and updating sub-contractors’ details
* Keeping and updating Staff and sub-contractors 'time sheets'. * Ordering supplies
* Assist the Directors as necessary and other duties, as are within the scope and spirit of the job purpose and title of the post
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
ESSENTIAL
Ambitious and desire to join the business for the long term
Excel knowledge/experience
Well organised with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Positive and flexible in approach
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Knowledge of marketing a business
Numerate to GCSE standard, or above
Literacy/English to GCSE standard, or above  
DESIRABLE
Bookkeeping skills
Knowledge of construction or Architectural Practice
Knowledge of Property Letting and Management
experience of working in a small office environment
Familiar with Mac and iOS
