Join us and host Oxjam Southwark Festival on the 14th October 2022.
Raise money for Oxfam charity and support your local bands!
Marketing Coordinator must be organised, hard working, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Marketing Coordinator supports the Music Festival Manager in the following:
* Find, contact and view venues
* Audition and secure acts
* Administration and budgetary control
* Participate in fundraising events offline and online
* Prepares a marketing plan
* Promote events online and offline
* Ensure we are legally compliant
* Organise and oversee events on the day (rehearsals, technical equipment, acts, volunteer crew and alcohol)
* Stock control of tickets and wristbands
General support helps out with admin tasks, social media advertising and event/ fundraiser days.
Leafleters distribute flyers and posters throughout South London and Central London depending on event.
Oxfam fights against global poverty, provides clean water to communities and teaches women how to become entrepreneurs through farming, rebuilding businesses and understanding politics.
