Outstanding General Manager needed at The Craft Beer Co. Brixton.
We are looking for a brilliant new General Manager to take the helm at our pub in Brixton, just round the corner from the Station on Brixton Station Road. The Craft Beer Co. Brixton was our second pub opened in 2012 and has become a busy and vibrant pub with weekly live music and events.
We are looking for someone to come and join the team and help us to grow and continue to offer the best service in the area.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, someone who understands the challenges of the job but can embrace them with a smile. Someone who can lead by example, someone who can share their knowledge with a team and help them to grow as a unit. The right person for the job will have a passion and love for beer (we are, after all called The Craft Beer Co) but will need to understand that at heart, we are a hospitality business and we need to cater for all of our customers be they beer lovers or not.
We are looking for someone with ideas and who can look at the local area and identify how we might appeal to our market, how we improve.

We pride ourselves on having the best range of beer that you can find anywhere, plus we stock small batch spirits and carefully selected wines. In short, our product range is excellent and we need the best service to accompany these products.

The pub operates from 4pm Monday to Friday and from Midday at the weekends.
