Due to growth in the business a temp Outbound Telesales agent is needed in our London office.
What will you do in this job?
For this role in London it will be your responsibility to contact existing customers (these are people from our database who've signed up to our service) with offers and incentives.
You will be looking after the handling and troubleshooting of accounts and when needed, escalate issues.

Who are We are looking for?
For this role we are looking for someone with previous customer service experience and some experience in the gaming world would be great but not essential. You must be confident to create and hold telephone conversations with our customers, able to manage a high volume of work tasks, maintain a positive attitude even when experiencing business objections and to create a rapport with customers in a short time frame.
