Outbound Call Centre Team Leader
Temporary position for approximately 2-3 weeks.
North West London
£10 Per hour + holiday pay
Monday – Saturday (5 out of 6)
Our client based in the North West London area, are seeking for outbound call team leader to come in and assist with one of their temporary campaigns. The position will overlooking and supporting a small team who will be involve making a number of outbound calls per day and upselling to the customers. The position is approximately going to last around 2-3 weeks, starting next week. The individual must be available to work Monday – Friday from 12pm to 8pm and Saturday’s from 10am – 4pm.
Duties:
Floor walking and responsible for a small team.
Making outbound calls to existing customers.
Relating and upselling the relevant information in a timely manner.
Logging information onto an in-house system.
Requirements:
Previous Team Leader experience – Ideally in sales.
Must have outbound call experience
Must have some type of sales background, whether over the phone or face-to-face.
Excellent telephone manner
Available and flexible to work all days and times shown in the description.
Must be comfortable to go for an assessment before starting.
Benefits:

May be opportunities for overtime (depending on the number of calls needed to be made)
