Outbound Call Centre Agent

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Our client based in the Wembley Park area, are seeking experience outbound call centre agents to join them on a temporary basis to assist with one of their campaigns. The outbound calls are financial service and legal calls to customers, this isn’t a sales position. The campaign will approximately be 3 – 11 weeks, depending on how busy the campaign is.
Duties:

Making outbound calls to customers regarding legal and financial services.
General Admin

Requirements:

Previous outbound call experience
Any financial services experience would be beneficial.
Must be available for the full duration of the campaign – This will require flexibility.
