Outbound Call Centre Agent
Temporary position (2 – 4 weeks)
Rate of pay: £9.00 (+£1.08 Holiday pay) per hour
Start Date: Immediately
Area: North West London
Our client is looking for two individuals to come in and assist with one of their projects for the next two to four weeks. They are looking for individuals that will make a number of outbound calls to their customers to encourage them to switch to one of their suppliers.
The job requirements are:
• An individual how has a good telephone manner.
• Past experience in any sales related jobs.
• The ability to be on the phone for the majority of the day.
• An individual who is confident to speak to a variety of different customers.
• To be able to think on their feet if an unexpected situation occurs.
• To be able to work in a team environment and ensure all calls are handled in a timely manner.
• Keeping accurate records of all customer details and other note taking.
• To carry out all administration tasks and duties relating to the role.
The successful candidate will gain vital experience in outbound calling, administration and working in an office environment. They must be able to work from Monday through to Friday between the hours of 12pm – 8pm. This is a great opportunity for anyone to wanting to add to their CV and gain some quick money at the same time, as you will be paid on a weekly basis.
