Oslo, a new destination for food, drinks and music in Hackney. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chef De Partie to join this amazing Music Venue in the heart of East London.
Drawing on a Nordic aesthetic, Oslo marks a significant new arrival in the dynamic and burgeoning area of Hackney Central, offering top quality food and drink alongside an exciting music programme in a unique space of a redeveloped railway station.
Situated next door to Hackney Central on Amhurst Road, Oslo will be both a daytime hub to meet and greet, and a night time destination for socializing, eating and enjoying an array of music.
The Restaurant is proud to serve beautiful burgers and succulent steaks simply presented and packed with flavour. It’s a busy restaurant serving lunch, dinner, brunch and Roast at the weekends.
As an experienced Chef De Partie you will be work alongside the Head Chef within a thriving kitchen using fresh locally sourced produce.
Essential skills required are:
• You should have a real passion for cooking and have experience of modern British cuisine.
• Be able to run and manage a section.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Must have a can-do attitude and be a team player.
• Be consistent with excellent standards of personal presentation.
• Have a good eye and attention to detail
• You will need a proven track record as a Chef De Partie.
• NVQ or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Health and Safety, and hold up to date Food Hygiene certificates.
