Orders Processing / Admin Assistants
Part time position with the possibility of becoming full-time.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in order fulfilment duties and logistics to learn about the full process of e-commerce, including goods in, stock management, logistics, and dispatch. You must be highly literate and numerate, with good attention to detail.

Based at our modern office in Stratford, the OPP Assistant will be joining our small, friendly, helpful and supportive team that builds long-term business relationships with its clients based on trust, honesty and integrity.
The role of the OPP will be for assisting in the day to day organisation of the studio, ensuring the movement of stock through the business - goods in, inventory management including periodic stock takes, goods out, transport and distribution of orders to customers, product packaging is carried out accurately and on time, together with any Ad-Hoc associated tasks, including dealing with customer queries over the telephone or by email.
Job requirements:
• The OPP will print and prepare orders, including picking and packing stock
• Package loose jewellery products into boxes and prepare boxed shipments
• To receive and book in deliveries according to company procedure
• To count and record stock figures and carry out quality control checks as requested
• To develop productive working relationships with colleagues
• To be able to deal effectively and efficiently with queries and correspondence
• To be aware of and to follow all safety guidelines
• The OPP will ensure accuracy in all paperwork and delivery quantities
• To assist in other duties as reasonably requested by the Manager
• Visit the local Post Office to drop of packages
Essentials Skills and Requirements:
• Must be self-motivated and be able to use own initiative
• The OPP must have strong attention to detail
• Numerate and literate
• Good communicator
• Able to work to deadlines
• Have an understanding of good customer service
• Be reliable and hardworking
• Able to multitask a number of functionalities
• Able to manage stock
• Computer literate including packages such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook, a must
Contract:
15 Hours Contract per week with an option to pick up seasonal overtime which can be mutually discussed.
Timing: Shifts between 9:30 AM to 07:30 PM
Days: From Monday to Saturday (Sundays and Bank Holidays Closed)
Salary: £8.00 per hour
Location: Stratford (2 Minutes’ walk from station), East London, E15
