Order Taker role overview:

The ideal Order Taker will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and display excellence in personal grooming and presentation, while acting as an ambassador of the hotel with guests and colleagues.
As part of your daily routine, you must communicate with guests and answer the telephone in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
You have to facilitate smooth and effective communication with the kitchen, waiter and supervisor regarding guests’ orders, while ensuring a seamless service for the guests.
Working in one of the best world’s most iconic luxury hotels, you must display excellent product knowledge at all times and take every opportunity to upsell in an efficient and professional manner.
