Order Processing Administrator Job

Hey Guys!
We're looking for a super efficient team member to fill the position of Order Processing Administrator and Customer Support for our Nail Polish Company. Personality is key.
Daily Duties:

Process daily online orders using Royal Mail + DPD systems.
Prepare packing slips and international shipping documents where applicable.
Prepare automated Royal Mail labels for special monthly bulk orders (currently 1200 +)
Manifest daily Royal Mail shipments and prepare for daily pick up.
Confer with colleagues to expedite or trace shipments.
Develop and keep records of missing, lost, delayed, replacement shipments.
Manage customer support mail box
Keep record of all customer support emails and action within 24 hours.
Deliver excellent service and manage any issues and concerns immediately.
Daily use of live chat to deliver excellent service to customers.
Inventory management
Supplies management

experience essential.
Key Skills
Advanced IT skills - we use Apple MACs
Exceptional Customer Service
Time Management - speed is of the essence whilst maintaining accuracy with attention to detail.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 4.30pm
Location: 5mins from Leyton Station (Central Line)
MUST be able to live/work in the UK
